Where to come with a damaged transmission
The workshop is at Wrocławska 6G in Długołęka, just outside the eastern border of Wrocław. We work Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00.
If the car does not drive on its own, we can pick up the damaged vehicle with our tow truck. We provide the transport cost when booking a date, so you know it before coming.

Questions we hear most often
How long does a transmission repair take?
Repair takes about a week on average. After mechanical repair, the transmission still requires an adaptation drive and tests. We give the exact time after diagnostics, and with unusual damage or waiting for parts, the time may get longer.
How much does an automatic transmission repair cost?
It depends on real damage, which is why we do not give one price. After diagnostics we give a quote with a maximum cost, and we start the repair only after your consent.
What does the warranty cover and what is its condition?

Do you accept parts for a rebuild by parcel?
Yes, from all over Poland. You can send the torque converter, valve body or DPF filter by courier, and the whole automatic transmission by pallet shipping. Before you send, call or write: we must know what is coming and if it can be rebuilt, so the parcel doesn't wait unnecessarily. After the rebuild we send the part back to the given address, also abroad. This is how we work with workshops from the whole country.
Do you always have to remove the transmission from the car?
Not always. We remove some faults of the TCU and hydraulics without removing the transmission. Diagnostics decides about it.
