What Flash Cleaner is and what it can clean
Flash Cleaner is a Premium class solution for cleaning all types of diesel particulate filters (DPF) and catalytic converters. The machine flushes soot and ash out of the core, instead of burning it with high temperature or cutting the casing.
We clean filters that were flooded with oil during operation, and also those that worked in vehicles with a damaged turbocharger. These are two cases where many workshops send the customer for a new filter.
The machine we use is ecological and environmentally friendly. By operating a vehicle with a working DPF, you care for the environment. Driving with a damaged or cut out filter can cause many problems in the future, both on the road and at the vehicle inspection station.
DPF filters are handled here by Marek, the same department that does torque converter rebuilds. Call before you come: he will tell you which package from the price list applies to you and whether the filter has to be brought in already removed.

Why it is worth to rebuild a diesel particulate filter (DPF)
Savings. DPF cleaning and rebuild mean savings. Buying a new DPF or FAP filter can cost thousands of PLN, and filter rebuild is a fraction of this price. With an older car, the difference is sometimes bigger than its market value.
Ecology. By operating a vehicle with a working DPF, you care for the environment. The machine we use is ecological and environmentally friendly, and we do not use chemicals dangerous to the natural environment for cleaning.

Where to bring the filter for cleaning
The workshop is at Wrocławska 6G in Długołęka, just outside the eastern border of Wrocław. We work Mon-Fri 8:00-16:00.
Marek handles DPFs and torque converters here. Call before you come: provide the make, model and whether the filter is already removed, and Marek will tell you which package from the price list applies to you and when you can come.
We also handle torque converter rebuilds. It is the same department and the same phone number.

We receive a DPF filter by courier from all over Poland
You can burn the filter, you can flush it chemically, or you can do it on a station that measures the result. The difference comes out only after a few thousand kilometers, so you should choose a workshop, not distance.
The filter is easy to remove and cheap to ship, because it is one part, not an assembly. We accept it by courier, and after rebuild we send it back to the given address.

And if I have a truck, bus or agricultural machine?
For vehicles over 3.5 tons, which are trucks, buses, tractors and agricultural machinery, cleaning a DPF or SCR catalytic converters costs PLN 1499 gross (PLN 1218.70 net). With an unusual filter or fleet we make an individual quote.
