1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is P.H.U. Robert Doliński ASB Długołęka, ul. Wrocławska 6G, 55-095 Długołęka, NIP 911-114-11-22, REGON 930975380. Write to asbrobert@wp.pl or call: +48 71 315 26 72.

2. What data we collect and whether you have to provide it

We collect only the data needed to handle your case. Providing it is voluntary, but without it we won't prepare a quote, answer a question or send a newsletter.

  • Contact form: name, phone, e-mail address, service request subject, vehicle make and model, year of production, VIN, transmission type and description of the fault.
  • Newsletter: e-mail address, subscription date and IP address from which the subscription occurred.
  • Chat with the assistant: the content of the messages you write in it.
  • Technical data: IP address and basic browser information.

3. Why and on what basis we process data

Each purpose has its own legal basis:

  • Response to an inquiry and repair quote: we act on your request before concluding a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Current correspondence and defense against claims: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Newsletter: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Visit statistics: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We turn on analytical cookies only after your consent (Art. 399 of the Electronic Communications Law).
  • Assistant on the website: our legitimate interest, which is handling questions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not profile you and we do not make automated decisions about you.

4. How long we keep data

Only as long as they are needed:

  • Form inquiries: until the end of correspondence, and then for the period of limitation of possible claims.
  • Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent.
  • Analytical cookies: for the time saved in the cookie itself or until you delete them or withdraw your consent.
  • Chat conversations: we do not save their content on our server.

5. Chat with assistant and data transfer to the USA

There is an assistant on the website that answers questions about transmissions and our services. To prepare an answer, the chat content goes to OpenRouter, Inc. based in the United States. This company provides access to language models. This means transferring data outside the European Economic Area. OpenRouter declares that such transfer is secured by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR).

We do not save chat contents on our server and we do not combine them with form data. Only error messages remain in the technical log, without access keys. Please, do not provide personal data or VIN in the chat: use the contact form or phone for a service request. You do not have to use the assistant to contact us.

6. Who we transfer data to

We entrust your data only to those who help us run the service:

  • Hosting and email providers (OVH, servers in the European Economic Area).
  • Newsletter system provider, in the scope of addresses of subscribed people.
  • Analytical tool provider, in the scope of website traffic data.
  • OpenRouter, Inc., only in the scope of content typed in the chat.

We do not sell your data and we do not transfer it to anyone for advertising purposes.

7. Your rights

In connection with data processing you have the right to:

  • accessing your data and receiving a copy of it,
  • rectifying incorrect or outdated data,
  • deleting data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • transfer of your data to another controller,
  • objection to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • withdrawing consent at any time, for the newsletter and for analytical cookies. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate what we did legally before you withdrew it.

If you consider that we process data unlawfully, you can file a complaint to the supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

8. Cookies

The website saves cookies, i.e. small text files, on your device. We use two types:

  • Necessary: without them the website will not work properly.
  • Analytical: they show us how you use the website. We run them only with your consent.

You can change or withdraw consent for analytical cookies in the privacy settings at the bottom of the page. You can also limit or completely disable cookies in your browser settings.

9. Contact regarding data

Submit a request regarding your rights in any of these ways:

  • by email to asbrobert@wp.pl,
  • by phone on +48 71 315 26 72,
  • by mail: P.H.U. Robert Doliński ASB Długołęka, ul. Wrocławska 6G, 55-095 Długołęka.

We reply without undue delay, no later than within a month of receiving the request.

Fill in the contact form below. If you would rather call, here is the list of phones to individual departments. We call back during working hours, usually the same day. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

How do you want to fill this in?

Which code to look for on the registration document

On the last page of the vehicle registration document there is a dense square. That is the Aztec code.

Your vehicle

Give us the VIN, or the year and engine. Either one is enough.

Scan your registration document

Point camera at Aztec code (a square with a dense pattern) on the vehicle registration document. The photo stays on your phone; we only fill in the make, model, year, engine and VIN.
