To deeply examine the transmission, we perform full computer diagnostics with Bosch, Launch, Autel equipment and VAG group tools. This allows us to electronically detect faults in a short time. Our goal is to perform full diagnostics within 1 day, and you get the result on a printout.

Diagnostics is a paid service, independent of repair. The fee also applies when you decide not to repair the car. Below you will find prices, waiting time and test scope.

Why diagnostics
Why an automatic transmission is not diagnosed by ear
A modern automatic transmission is a highly advanced component of the car. Highly specialized knowledge and appropriate equipment are required to diagnose a fault. The same symptom, for example a jerking when shifting gears, can have its source in mechanics, hydraulics or electronics.
Diagnostics decide which of these three cases you are dealing with, before you spend money on repair. Only after it do we give an initial quote with a possible maximum cost, and you make the decision about the repair.

Where to come for diagnostics
We perform diagnostics on site, at Wrocławska 6G in Długołęka. You get the result in writing, so you can go anywhere with it, including to another workshop.

You have to book a date for diagnostics, because there is only one computer station and it also works on repairs.
You drive to the workshop via national road 98 through Psie Pole, without driving through the center of Wrocław. With smooth traffic, the drive takes: from Zakrzów about 9 minutes, from Psie Pole about 11 minutes, from Sołtysowice and Kowale about 16 minutes, from Śródmieście about 18 minutes, from the Market Square area about 23 minutes, and from Krzyki about 30 minutes. You need to add extra time during rush hours.

Basic diagnostics costs PLN 300, and extended from PLN 500. If you decide to repair the transmission in our workshop, we include the diagnostics cost in the repair price.
Do I have to decide on a repair right away?
No. After diagnostics you decide if you order a repair, in which the diagnostics cost is included, or you pay only for the performed diagnostics and pick up the car.
Why is the quote after diagnostics preliminary?
We give the final quote after mechanical verification, meaning based on actual damage in the transmission.
