Cookie policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files saved by the browser on your device. The website reads them on subsequent visits. We use them for two purposes: for the website to work properly and, with your consent, to count visits.

2. Necessary cookies for which we do not ask for consent

The law does not require consent for cookies necessary to provide a service you requested yourself. With us these are: the "asb_zgoda" cookie remembering your decision from this window (valid 12 months) and WordPress session cookies, needed when submitting a form. Without them, we would ask you for consent every time you open the website.

3. Analytical cookies for which we ask

Google Analytics ("_ga" and "_ga_*" cookies, valid up to 24 months) shows us how many people visit the website and which subpages they read. The data is aggregated and does not serve to identify a specific person. We set these cookies ONLY after your consent. Until the decision, the measurement is disabled by the Google consent mode mechanism.

4. How to give and how to withdraw consent

On the first visit, we show a bar with two equal buttons: "I agree to all" and "Only necessary". There are no pre-checked boxes and we do not treat browsing the website as consent. You can change your decision at any time with the "Privacy settings" link in the footer of every page. After withdrawing consent, we delete the analytical cookies that are already on your device.

5. Browser settings

Regardless of our panel, you can manage cookies in your browser settings: block them, delete them or ask to be asked on each save. Blocking all cookies can make it difficult to use the application form.

6. What we don't do

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies for ad profiling purposes. We do not transfer cookie data to other entities for marketing purposes. We do not use countdown to automatic consent or consent "by further browsing".

7. Legal basis and your rights

We process necessary cookies based on legitimate interest (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR), analytical ones based on your consent (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR). You will find a full description of rights, storage periods and controller data in the privacy policy.

8. Contact regarding cookies

Direct questions about cookies and personal data to asbrobert@wp.pl or call: +48 71 315 26 72. The controller is P.H.U. Robert Doliński ASB Długołęka, ul. Wrocławska 6G, 55-095 Długołęka, NIP 911-114-11-22.

Fill in the contact form below. If you would rather call, here is the list of phones to individual departments. We call back during working hours, usually the same day. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

How do you want to fill this in?

Which code to look for on the registration document

On the last page of the vehicle registration document there is a dense square. That is the Aztec code.

Your vehicle

Give us the VIN, or the year and engine. Either one is enough.

Scan your registration document

Point camera at Aztec code (a square with a dense pattern) on the vehicle registration document. The photo stays on your phone; we only fill in the make, model, year, engine and VIN.
