1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files saved by the browser on your device. The website reads them on subsequent visits. We use them for three purposes: for the website to work properly and, with your consent, to count visits and to measure how well our Google ads work.
2. Necessary cookies for which we do not ask for consent
The law does not require consent for cookies necessary to provide a service you requested yourself. With us these are: the "asb_zgoda" cookie remembering your decision from this window (valid 12 months) and WordPress session cookies, needed when submitting a form. Without them, we would ask you for consent every time you open the website.
3. Analytical cookies for which we ask
Google Analytics ("_ga" and "_ga_*" cookies, valid up to 24 months) shows us how many people visit the website and which subpages they read. The data is aggregated and does not serve to identify a specific person. We set these cookies ONLY after your consent. Without it, the Google consent mode sends only signals without cookies and without an identifier, from which Google calculates estimated statistics.
4. Marketing cookies for which we ask separately
Google Ads and Google signals ("_gcl_au", "_gcl_aw" and "_gac_*" cookies on our domain, valid up to 90 days, and the "IDE" cookie on the doubleclick.net domain, valid up to 13 months) let us measure whether our ad brought in an enquiry and show our ads to people who have already visited the website. Google may link this information to your Google account if you are signed in and have ad personalisation turned on. We set these cookies ONLY after your consent to marketing, independently of your consent to analytics.
5. How to give and how to withdraw consent
On the first visit, we show a bar with two equal buttons: "Accept all" and "Essential only". In "Settings" you can consent to analytics and to marketing separately. There are no pre-checked boxes and we do not treat browsing the website as consent. You can change your decision at any time with the "Privacy settings" link in the footer of every page. After you withdraw consent, we delete the analytical and marketing cookies saved on our domain. Cookies that Google saved on its own domains can be deleted in your browser settings.
6. Browser settings
Regardless of our panel, you can manage cookies in your browser settings: block them, delete them or ask to be asked on each save. Blocking all cookies can make it difficult to use the application form.
7. What we don't do
Without your consent to marketing, we do not use advertising cookies and we do not transfer cookie data to anyone for marketing purposes. We do not sell data. We do not use a countdown to automatic consent or consent "by further browsing".
8. Legal basis and your rights
We process necessary cookies based on legitimate interest (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR), analytical and marketing ones based on your consent (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR). Signals without cookies, sent before your decision and after a refusal, are based on legitimate interest (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR).
